Blossom was born on the 31st of January 2023 and had a very difficult start to life with many health issues. She had many veterinary visits and a heart scan to try to determine to source of her problems.
Her mother was one of 6 donkeys that came from a caravan site on the west coast looking onto Ailsa Craig. All six mares were in foal and unfortunately, only two foals were born alive. Happily, she is now very well and thriving.
